Lifetime Warranty
Springvale Health offers a lifetime warranty exchange policy on all Richway products. You can return your old Biomat product and receive 30% discount towards a new Biomat product purchase, even towards a different product. If the product that you are trading in for is of lesser value, the discount is 30% of the cost of the lesser value item. You are responsible for all shipping costs. The lifetime warranty applies only to the person originally registered as purchaser of the product.

A warranty card will be sent with your product which must be filled and returned after your purchase, in order to qualify for the warranty and service repair program. All products and all their parts and components are free of defects in material or workmanship. Should a problem arise, all Biomats have a 1 year full warranty which will cover repair or replacement free of charge.

Your Biomat is covered under a repair program for up to 30 years. You do not have to pay to maintain an extended warranty, but repair of your unit is available for a nominal fee. See chart below.

4th year and up – top replacement not included in repair fees

Repair Policy

Springvale Health provides repair service for our products. In order to better serve you, a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number is required. You may obtain this number by sending an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. detailing the problem you are experiencing and provide your RI NUMBER for your purchase. The RI number is the Richway invoice number for your purchase which is obtained at the time you place the order. The following information provides some details of our repair service

  1. Up to 2 months from the date of delivery, Richway will pick up the product, repair it and send it back to the customer at no charge.
  2. Two months to one year from the date of delivery, the customer is responsible for shipping the product back to Richway and the repair fee is 100% free. Richway International will cover the cost of shipping the product back to the customer.
  3. One year to 3 years from the date of delivery, the customer is responsible for shipping the product back to Richway and for the repair fee which is detailed below. Richway International will cover the cost of shipping the product back to the customer.
  4. Richway International offers Life Time Trade In for 30% off the value of your original purchase. You can trade in for the same product plus shipping or if the products you are trading in for is of lesser value, it is 30% of the cost of the lesser value item plus shipping.
  5. Only the original buyer of the product can call to get the warranty service.

How to send product in for repair:
1. Pack items securely. Do not send the Biomat in the suitcase/carry bag.
2. Contact us for an RMA number and put it on the outside of the package and enclose return name, address and phone number.
3. Item must have a tracking number. UPS or FedX numbers can be tracked. If sending via the Australia Post Office, requesting delivery confirmation will enable tracking of your item. If sending via the Australia Post Office, you may insure your item, but the insurance receipt cannot be used for tracking.
Repair time: Estimated 3 weeks from date of receipt.

ALKAWAY ULTRASTREAM WARRANTY

Springvale Health and Alkaway offer a three year warranty on the Ultrastream.Extended Warranty
Please retain your proof of purchase for warranty claims. Alkaway will not fulfill warranty claims if proof of purchase is not provided.
